Can I choose a delivery time?   We aim to deliver bulk bags of topsoil within 4 working days of recieving payment.

How is the topsoil delivered?     Topsoil ordered in one 1000kg bulk bag will be delivered on a pallet from a large lorry.  Pallets are lowered from the rear of the vehicle on a tail lift and then moved from the rear of the lorry to as close to your property as possible on a pump truck or pallet trolley.

We can only guarantee kerb side delivery however, where possible the driver may move the pallet onto your drive way if you have one, it is only possible to move a pallet on a firm level surface such as concrete, tarmac, paving etc. We cannot move a pallet on soft or uneven surfaces such as gravel drives, grass etc or steep slopes.

Do I need to be at home when the delivery is made?    Deliveries can be left without a signature, so you do not have to be waiting at home for the delivery to arrive! Please let us know if your not going to be in by filling in the delivery instruction section when making payment.
